I’m a Certified Whole30 Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-200 & Certified Life Coach. I earned a Master of Liberal Studies degree from Kent State University with focuses in Conflict Management, Sociology and Human Development & Family Studies.

I am a widow & mom rebuilding my life one moment at a time with lots of faith, self-care & love. I am most passionate about sharing Whole30 & yoga because I have experienced & witnessed their transformative, healing power.
I feel compelled to share my story & support others to take stellar care of their bodies, hearts, minds & souls. Our time here is a precious gift. The sudden loss of my beloved husband, Kenny, has created a deep understanding & appreciation for how brief & beautiful our lives truly are. My mission is to help people improve their relationships with food, themselves & others to live fulfilled & meaningful lives.
